Faraishawaii exists to educate, document, and advocate for the lawful protection of Indigenous, FIRST PEOPLES, FIRST NATIONS PEOPLES, Kanaka Maoli, Native Hawaiian, NATIVE AMERICANS, American Indians, all peoples by exposing fraudulent, deceptive, and oppressive practices in courts, agencies, financial systems, and related institutions.

Our History
FARAISHAWAII asserts that the United States corporation in Delaware, together with actors across the executive, judicial, and legislative branches, has engaged in conduct that raises serious concerns regarding foreign influence, unlawful authority, and violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act. The organization further maintains that ongoing military conflicts and related governmental actions demonstrate a pattern of conduct that undermines lawful governance, constitutional integrity, and the rights of the people. FARAISHAWAII rejects the hijacking of the American political and legal system for purposes that are not in the best interest of the people of the United States and the Indigenous nations affected by these actions.

Addendum to : Author's Declaration — Sources Page : Objection
The Sources page objects to the congressional process by which Hawaii was admitted as a state and states that the process was unlawful under the legal framework asserted in this document. The Sources page further maintains that Hawaii was occupied by force and later proclaimed a state under conditions that are challenged as invalid.
The Sources page also states that Hawaii remains an occupied territory.
