Faraishawaii exists to educate, document, and advocate for the lawful protection of Indigenous Kanaka Maoli, Native Hawaiian peoples by exposing fraudulent, deceptive, and oppressive practices in courts, agencies, financial systems, and related institutions. Our mission is to promote truth, accountability, and peaceful remedy through lawful notice, public education, archival research, and organized action that challenges systems contributing to debt bondage, misrepresentation, and violations of indigenous rights. We are committed to restoring dignity, sovereignty, and due process for First Nations and Indigenous peoples through transparency, lawful procedure, and principled resistance.

Our History
FARAISHAWAII asserts that the United States corporation in Delaware, together with actors across the executive, judicial, and legislative branches, has engaged in conduct that raises serious concerns regarding foreign influence, unlawful authority, and violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act. The organization further maintains that ongoing military conflicts and related governmental actions demonstrate a pattern of conduct that undermines lawful governance, constitutional integrity, and the rights of the people. FARAISHAWAII rejects the hijacking of the American political and legal system for purposes that are not in the best interest of the people of the United States and the Indigenous nations affected by these actions.
